Is working with a Virtual Assistant expensive?

Compared to the cost of a traditional, on-site employee; No!

Virtual Assistants are independent contractors, not employees. You never have to worry about taxes, insurance, benefits, vacation, or sick pay. There's no overhead for office space, furniture, equipment, and supplies. You only pay for the time and services you need.


How do we communicate and work together? 

We use email, phone, Zoom, UberConference, Skype, Slack, Voxer to communicate with our clients. If you are local to the area, in-person meetings are also an option (due to strict Covid-19 protocols, in-person meetings are not an option at this time). We do our best to accommodate your business and your preferred style of communication when delegating tasks.

How Do You Do It?

We start by listening. After identifying your needs, we tailor a solution that provides you professional administrative or creative (social assistance) and implements them after establishing a client relationship. As a team, we work together with you, always in contact, and consistently conscientious of your needs.  

Our flexibility and experience allow us to quickly adapt to your needs and lifestyle while learning about your style, business, and even your clientele. Our expertise practically eliminates the time and energy you'd spend training a new employee. If you have a system that works well for you — great, we'll adopt it or even streamline it for you. 


Do you work independently or with a team of virtual assistants?

I am an independent consultant and virtual assistant. I outsource some tasks to my trusted network of VAs; personal and sensitive data require a signed non-disclosure and subcontractor agreement to maintain client confidentiality. I recommend that we speak first to see if I'm a good fit for your business.


How Do I Pay for Your Services?

Agree to our terms and conditions, sign your contract and a non-disclosure agreement. For your convenience, we will send a standard invoice via email. 

We use the Stripe/PayPal invoice, which includes a fee. Use this handy online calculator to calculate how much they charge in fees.  

We have a strict 7-day payment term. If payment is not received within seven days, you may incur additional late fees.

If you need to use an alternate payment method, we can discuss that on our discovery call.
